A rule! A rule! So we can bring a plea!

No precedents – legislated over.

A rule! A rule! To give us certainty!

Could we file an action – maybe trover?

Appeal! Appeal! Or will injustice be?

Treasured ways – we’ll lose!

Appeal! Appeal! This brings absurdity!

One decision – choose!

Numerus clausus –

A totality,

Evidently sensible, so it seems.

Judicial pauses –

A morality,

Evidently plentiful: plaintiff dreams.

Sans tradition,

Legal decision,

May be anagogical.

So, the law isn’t logical,

But it is dialogical.
